Our History

I started working at restaurants in Dallas part-time when I was 16 and kept it up throughout college.  In that time, I held just about every position you could have from janitor to waiter to bartender.  Out of all the different jobs, the one I enjoyed the most was hood cleaning.  It was satisfying getting rid of all the grease and cleaning everything so it looks brand new; it’s basically preparing for a new day so you can start fresh, cooking in the restaurant kitchen.

I watched some restaurants do it right.  They had knowledgeable employees, regular hood cleaning services, exhaust system maintenance on a monthly plan, and they kept accurate records of cleaning dates, so safety and fire code violations were never a problem.  Other restaurants I worked at didn’t do a very good job of keeping the kitchen clean.  The hood was covered in grease, ductwork was falling apart, equipment was old and rattling, and one of the kitchens burned the building to the ground.  I guess you can say I’ve seen it all when it comes to hood cleaning.

After graduating from college, I took out a loan and started my own hood cleaning company.  I hired some close friends and we took the training and certification classes together to make sure we get the jobs done right the first time.  And, the rest is history.  We learned more about the industry being in daily and began hiring more and more qualified experts that had already proven themselves in the field.  Today, we have a huge team that serves all of Dallas, Texas, and we proudly stand behind our fantastic reputation that we’ve built for our commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning service.
